CNN’s In the Money show this Saturday
I will join Jack Cafferty and his roundtable colleagues this Saturday at 1PM Eastern time to talk about interest rates and home prices. The show airs again at 3PM Sunday. Hope you have a chance to see the show.

I enjoyed your appearance on CNN this weekend. With all the talk of the housing bubble, there is very little talk of how to profit from a correction. Any suggestions?
Many of the doom and gloomers talk of a housing bubble and then advocate the merits of gold. A housing crash would be deflationary – so I always wonder why these guys advocate gold which is an inflation hedge.
Hey Bruce, thanks for the note. I will write something on this later today. Initial thought is that the cooling of housing prices will be the event that unlocks a ton of money to come into the stock market.
